Terms of Service

SparkBloom delivers a daily reflection — a quote, a short reflection, and one small action — personalized using the profile details you provide. Content is assembled with the help of AI models and is offered for personal encouragement only.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to purchase a subscription.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure.
• One account per person. Do not share your login or resell access.
• Notify us at support@sparkbloom.app if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

New accounts receive a limited number of free sparks (currently seven, spread across your first week). After that, continued daily access requires a paid subscription. Plans, prices, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Billing & Refunds policy, which is part of these terms.

• Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or probe our systems.
• Do not scrape, bulk-export, or resell SparkBloom content.
• Do not use the service to harass others or for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated reflections as professional, medical, legal, or spiritual counsel provided by us.

Notes, favorites, feedback, and profile details you enter remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate and improve the service for you. We do not sell your content, and we do not publish it.

Source quotations are attributed to their authors and, where applicable, are in the public domain or quoted briefly for commentary. The reflections, actions, design, branding, and software are owned by SparkBloom. You may share individual sparks personally with attribution; you may not republish the library commercially.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Cancelling a paid plan keeps access until the end of the period already paid for.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkBloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
